David P. Delaney, Jr. - President
Dave Delaney has been President and CEO of Lancer Financial Group since 1982. His background includes 36 years of insurance and reinsurance experience with American International Group, American Re-Insurance Company, American Risk Management (Reiss Group), Delaney Intermediaries and Lancer Financial Group. Dave is a graduate of the United States Merchant Marine Academy and has received the institution's Outstanding Professional Achievement Award.

Timothy D. Delaney - Executive Vice President, Passenger Transportation Division
Tim Delaney has served as a director of the Lancer Financial Group since 1982. His background includes 38 years of insurance and reinsurance experience with Frank B. Hall & Company, American Risk Management, Inc. (Reiss Group), Delaney Intermediaries, Inc. and Lancer Financial Group. Tim is a graduate of the United States Merchant Marine Academy and is a member of the Society of Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriters (CPCU).

Thomas L. Theiler - Executive Vice President, Corporate Development and Reinsurance
Tom Theiler joined the Lancer Group in 1987. His background includes 38 years of insurance and reinsurance experience. He was Vice President and Director of Cargill Incorporated's life insurance subsidiaries, Summit National Life Insurance Company and Universe Life Insurance Company. Before that, he served as President of Horizon Insurance Company Limited, Cargill's Bermuda-based reinsurance subsidiary. Tom also served as Treasurer and Comptroller of First Horizon Insurance Company, Cargill's domestic insurance / reinsurance subsidiary.

Alistair T. Lind - Chief Financial Officer
Alistair Lind joined the Lancer Group in 1983. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland where he began his career with the accounting firm of Deloitte, Haskins & Sells ("DH&S"). After six years of auditing experience with DH&S, Alistair accepted a position with Arthur Young & Company / Ernst & Whinney in Bermuda where he continued to perform audits on insurance subsidiaries of U.S. Fortune 500 companies. Alistair then accepted a position as the Chief Financial Officer of a Bermuda-based subsidiary of Ingram Corporation where he was promoted to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, a position he held for an additional four years until joining the Lancer Group.

Donald R. DiBrita, Sr. - Chief Information Officer
Don DiBrita joined the Lancer Group in 1998 after a 20-year career in the technology field. Beginning his technology career in 1980 as a Senior Systems Analyst specializing in mainframe and desktop computing for National Benefit Life, he subsequently held senior management and sales positions for many high-tech companies. Prior to joining Lancer, Don served as Vice President of International Operations for BMC Software/DataTools, Inc. That followed a six-year career as Vice President of U.S. sales for Network General Corporation.

John A. Petrilli - Senior Vice President, General Counsel
John Petrilli joined the Lancer Group in 1991. Prior to joining Lancer, John devoted much of his law practice to insurance and reinsurance-related litigation. John received his Bachelor of Science degree in Police Science from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York, and his Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law in San Diego, California.

Gail W. Reilly - Senior Vice President, Human Resources/Administration
Gail Reilly joined the Lancer Group in 1982. Her 33 years of experience include accounting and administrative positions with G.L. Hodson & Son, Wilcox Barringer & Company, Andrew Edwards & Company, and Delaney Intermediaries. Gail held the position of Foreign Accounts Manager at Wilcox Barringer, Corporate Treasurer at Andrew Edwards & Company, and Chief Financial Officer at Delaney Intermediaries.

Wayne S. Ricci - Executive Vice President, Chief Underwriting Officer
Wayne Ricci joined the Lancer Group in 1988. His background includes 38 years of underwriting experience. He began his career at the Fireman's Fund Insurance Group and later served as an Assistant Vice President for Patricia Fleischman, Inc., a New York-based underwriting management organization. Wayne was named Lancer's Chief Underwriting Officer in 2002.

Paul R. Berne – Senior Vice President, Claims
Paul Berne joined the Lancer Group in 1992. He has over 34 years experience in the management and administration of commercial claims. Prior to joining Lancer, Paul was Vice President, Claims, with Progressive Casualty Insurance Company. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Syracuse University and has earned an Associate in Risk Management (ARM) designation. Paul was a member of the Board of Directors of the Trucking Industry Defense Association (TIDA) for nine years, and also served as President and Treasurer. Currently, he is chairman of TIDA’s Risk Management and Endowment Committees, and is a member of the association’s Finance Committee.
