| • | All Limousine companies currently insured by Lancer Insurance Company are eligible to participate. |   |

| • | Limo company officials may nominate drivers for safety recognition within the following guidelines: | ||
| a. | Chauffeurs must have driven accident-free for the period covered. Company selects appropriate dates to begin and end annual award periods. | ||
| b. | Chauffeurs must be full time employees of the policyholder company. (Generally, we suggest a minimum of 200 work days per year.) | ||
| • | Accident-freeChauffeur driving is defined as "no involvement in any accident." (Any damage or injury is an accident.) Exceptions: Limo insured's vehicle was struck while legally stopped or parked; or involvement was non-preventable, according to industry standards. | ||
| • | At the time of first application to participate in this recognition program, the company may certify Chauffeurs for retroactive awards. Chauffeurs may receive credit for safe driving years to the extent the company or the limo driver has records verifying safe performance. | ||
| • | All awards are supplied to policyholders at no charge. Advance notice of 4-6 weeks is requested to process any award order. | ||
