Directions to Lancer via Atlantic Beach Bridge

  • Proceed over the Atlantic Beach Bridge.
  • Pay $2.00 toll and proceed over the bridge in the center lane and bear left following the sign Long Beach/East via Park Street.
  • Proceed east on Park Street for 2.5 miles (past the beach clubs on the right), past East Atlantic Beach sign and into the City of Long Beach. As you enter Long Beach, Park Street becomes Beech Street.
  • Proceed east on Beech Street for 1 mile (through the town) to New York Avenue (Matteo's Restaurant is on the northeast corner).
  • Turn left (northbound) at New York Avenue and proceed to the intersection of New York Avenue and West Park Avenue.
  • Make a right turn onto West Park Avenue and proceed .5 miles to the Lancer Insurance Company Building (just past Lafayette Avenue) on the right-hand side of the avenue.
  • The Lancer building is located at 370 West Park Avenue on the south side (ocean side) of the avenue between Laurelton Boulevard and Lafayette Boulevard. Parking available in the center mall or in the two parking lots across the street from the building.

Directions to Lancer from JFK Airport via Atlantic Beach Bridge

  • Follow the exit signs from JFK Airport to Rockaway Boulevard/Nassau Expressway-878 East.
  • Bear right at the airport exit toward the Nassau Expressway East , which becomes Rockaway Boulevard.
  • Continue east on Rockaway Boulevard (which turns into Rockaway Turnpike) and move into the right lane for approximately 2 miles (Costco Shopping center is on the right).
  • Make a right turn at the Long Beach/Rockaways - Rte. 878 South sign.
  • Proceed on Rte. 878 southbound for 2.5 miles to the Atlantic Beach Bridge.
  • Pay $2.00 toll and proceed over the bridge in the center lane and bear left following the sign Long Beach/East via Park Street.
  • Proceed east on Park Street for 2.5 miles (past the beach clubs on the right), past East Atlantic Beach sign and into the City of Long Beach. As you enter Long Beach, Park Street becomes Beech Street.

Directions to Lancer from Long Island

  • Take the Southern State or Northern State Parkways to the Meadowbrook Parkway exit south.
  • Follow the Meadowbrook Parkway south to the Point Lookout-Long Beach Loop Parkway (Exit M-10). At the end of Loop Parkway make a right (westbound) onto Lido Boulevard.
  • Continue west on Lido Boulevard for 4.75 miles to the Lancer Building. Once you enter Long Beach, Lido Boulevard becomes East Park Avenue. After you pass the Long Island Rail Road Station (on your right), East Park Avenue becomes West Park Avenue.
  • The Lancer building is located at 370 West Park Avenue on the south side (ocean side) of the avenue between Laurelton Boulevard and Lafayette Boulevard. Parking available in the center mall or in the two parking lots across the street from the building.

Directions to Lancer from New Jersey via Goethals Bridge and Nassau Expressway

  • If you are coming from southern or central New Jersey, it is better to take the NJ Turnpike to the Goethals Bridge (Exit 13B). Proceed over the Goethals Bridge to the Staten Island Expressway (I-278 east) to the Verrazano Bridge (Upper Level).
  • Cross the bridge in the left or center lane and take the left lane exit to the Belt Parkway East. Take the Belt Parkway eastbound for 15.56 miles toward JFK Airport.
  • Proceed to exit 19 (toward Route 878/Kennedy Airport/Van Wyck Expressway) and merge onto the Nassau Expressway.
  • Nassau Expressway becomes Rockaway Boulevard for approximately 2.57 miles (the airport will be on your right hand side).
  • Rockaway Boulevard becomes Rockaway Turnpike for approximately .35 miles.
  • Move to the right lane and bear right (just past the Costco shopping center). Follow the sign to Nassau Expressway South (Route 878) toward the Atlantic Beach Bridge ($2.00 toll).
  • Proceed over the bridge in the center lane and bear left toward Long Beach eastbound via Park Street (past the beach clubs on the right) for 2.5 miles. As you enter Long Beach, Park Street becomes Beech Street.
  • Proceed east on Beech Street for 1 mile to New York Avenue (Matteo's Restaurant is on the northeast corner).
  • Make a left turn onto New York Avenue and proceed to the stop sign at West Park Avenue.
  • Make a right turn and proceed .5 mile to the Lancer Insurance Company building (just past Lafayette) on the right side of the avenue.

Directions to Lancer from New Jersey via Goethals Bridge and Meadowbrook Parkway - Alternate Route

  • If you are coming from southern or central New Jersey, it is better to take the NJ Turnpike to the Goethals Bridge (Exit 13B).
  • Proceed over the Goethals Bridge to the Staten Island Expressway (east) to the Verrazano Bridge (Upper Level).
  • Cross the bridge in the left or center lane to the Belt Parkway (East) exit. Take the Belt Parkway to the Southern State Parkway, Eastern Long Island. (The Southern State Parkway is accessed by the two left lanes just past Francis Lewis Boulevard exit) Proceed on the Southern State (eastbound) to the Meadowbrook Parkway southbound..
  • Follow the Meadowbrook Parkway south to the Point Lookout-Long Beach Loop Parkway (Exit M-10). At the end of Loop Parkway make a right (westbound) onto Lido Boulevard.
  • Continue west on Lido Boulevard for 4.75 miles to the Lancer Building. Once you enter Long Beach, Lido Boulevard becomes East Park Avenue. After you pass the Long Island Rail Road Station (on your right), East Park Avenue becomes West Park Avenue.

Directions to Lancer from Manhattan

Most Direct

  • Take the Midtown Tunnel to L.I.E. (East) to Grand Central Parkway (South).
  • At exit 13, bear RIGHT onto Ramp towards J Robinson Pkwy / Van Wyck Expressway / Kennedy Airport.
  • Take Ramp (LEFT) onto I-678 (Van Wyck Expressway, Southbound) towards Kennedy Airport.
  • At exit 1E, bear LEFT onto ramp towards “Rte-27/ Rte.-878E/ Belt Parkway East/ Eastern Long Island/ Nassau Expressway.”
  • Take the RIGHT RAMP onto Nassau Expressway towards “Nassau Expressway/Rte. 878/Kennedy Airport/ JFK Expressway.”
  • Nassau Expressway becomes Rockaway Boulevard for approximately 2.57 miles (the airport will be on your right hand side).
  • Rockaway Boulevard becomes Rockaway Turnpike for approximately .35 miles.

  • Continue on Cross Island Parkway South to Southern State Parkway (East).
  • Continue on Southern State Parkway East to (Exit 22) Meadowbrook Parkway South.
  • Continue on Meadowbrook Parkway South to the Point Lookout/Long Beach Loop Parkway (Exit M10). At the end of the Loop Parkway, make a right turn onto Lido Boulevard.
  • Continue west on Lido Boulevard for 4.75 miles to the Lancer Building. Once you enter Long Beach, Lido Boulevard becomes East Park Avenue. After you pass the Long Island Rail Road Station (on your right), East Park Avenue becomes West Park Avenue.

Directions to Lancer from the Throgs Neck Bridge

  • Take the Throgs Neck Bridge staying in the two left lanes on to the Clearview Expressway south.
  • Take the Clearview to Grand Central Parkway eastbound. The Grand Central Parkway changes name to the Northern State Parkway.
  • Follow the Northern State Parkway to the Meadowbrook Parkway exit south (approximately 10 miles from the Bridge to the Meadowbrook). Take the Meadowbrook Parkway south to the Point Lookout-Long Beach Loop Parkway (Exit M-10). At the end of Loop Parkway make a right onto Lido Boulevard.
  • Continue west on Lido Boulevard for 4.75 miles to the Lancer Building. Once you enter Long Beach, Lido Boulevard becomes East Park Avenue. After you pass the Long Island Rail Road Station (on your right), East Park Avenue becomes West Park Avenue.
  • The Lancer building is located at 370 West Park Avenue on the south side (ocean side) of the avenue between Laurelton Boulevard and Lafayette Boulevard.
  • Parking available in the center mall or in the two parking lots across the street from the building.
  • It will take approximately 45 - 50 minutes from the Throgs Neck Bridge.

Directions to Lancer from the Whitestone Bridge

  • Take the Whitestone Bridge. When exiting the bridge stay in the right lane and merge onto the Whitestone Expressway to the Van Wyck Expressway (Route I-678 South toward JFK Airport) for approximately 10.58 miles.
  • Bear to the left and merge onto Nassau Expressway (Exit 1E) toward Route 878/Kennedy Airport Airport/JFK Expressway for approximately 1.63 miles.
  • Nassau Expressway becomes Rockaway Boulevard for approximately 2.57 miles.
  • Rockaway Boulevard becomes Rockaway Turnpike for approximately .35 miles.
  • Move to the right lane and bear right (just past the Costco shopping center). Follow the sign to Nassau Expressway South (Route 878) toward the Atlantic Beach Bridge ($2.00 toll).
  • Proceed over the bridge in the center lane and bear left toward Long Beach eastbound via Park Street (past the beach clubs on the right) for 2.5 miles. As you enter Long Beach, Park Street becomes Beech Street.
  • Proceed east on Beech Street for 1 mile to New York Avenue (Matteo's Restaurant is on the northeast corner).
  • Make a left turn onto New York Avenue and proceed to the stop sign at West Park Avenue.
  • Make a right turn and proceed .5 mile to the Lancer Insurance Company building (just past Lafayette) on the right side of the avenue.
  • It will take approximately 45 minutes - 1 hour from the Whitestone Bridge.
  • There is parking on the street, in the center mall or across the street in the parking lot. Enter through the main entrance on West Park Avenue.

Directions from Lancer to the Verrazano Bridge
via the Atlantic Beach Bridge

  • Take West Park Avenue westbound for approximately 2 miles to Oswego Avenue (sign is posted "To Atlantic Beach Bridge") and make a left turn.
  • Proceed one block to Beech Street and make a right turn on to Beech Street (westbound).
  • Proceed on Beech Street and continue westbound (Beech Street turns into Park Street) for approximately 2.5 miles.
  • Proceed over the Atlantic Beach Bridge (Toll $1.25) and continue straight ahead as you exit the tollbooth. (This is the beginning of the Nassau Expressway.)
  • Proceed on the Nassau Expressway (Route 878) northbound for 2.5 miles to Rockaway Turnpike.
  • Make a left turn on to Rockaway Turnpike (which turns into Rockaway Boulevard) for approximately 2.5 miles. As you pass JFK Airport on the left (after the Boundary Avenue exit into JFK) get into the left lane. The approach to the Belt Parkway Westbound is from the left lane. Follow the signs to the BELT PARKWAY - WESTBOUND.
  • Proceed on the Belt Parkway westbound for approximately 15.50 miles to the Verrazano Bridge.
