Our Passenger Transportation division is Lancer's
oldest and largest program with coverage in force on nearly 40,000 charter
/ tour / sightseeing buses, school buses, inter-city or commuter buses,
urban municipal buses, vanpools and limousines throughout the United States.

Long-Haul
Trucking
Our Long-Haul Trucking division was established
in 1998 following our acquisition of an existing book of business from
The Hartford Insurance Group. The current focus of our Long-Haul Program
is owner/operators and small fleets with fewer than 10 power units.

Rental
A "start-up" operation in 1994, our Auto
Rental division provides commercial automobile coverages to rental car
agencies, either independent or franchised.

Acquired
in 1996, our D.C. White division focuses on small to mid-sized commercial
auto business in New York and New Jersey. Garage Dealers, Non-Dealers
and Dealer and Transporter Plate Coverages are offered in the State of
New York.

In
1999, we acquired the commercial casualty operations of Dallas-based Nobel
Insurance Company. Today, our Nobel Insurance Services division is nationally
recognized as the leading provider of property and casualty insurance
products and services to explosives manufacturers, distributors and transporters,
and to drilling and blasting contractors.

We
entered the marine license insurance business when we acquired the R.A.
Fulton Agency in 1983. In 1986, we began writing the agency's business
into Lancer Insurance Company. The division provides pre-paid legal defense
insurance and income protection to U.S. Coast Guard-licensed deck and
engineering officers, state and federal pilots and certified tankermen.

Owner
Operator DIRECT was launched in 2004 to provide single unit (i.e. one
truck) owner/operators with non-trucking (bobtail) liability and physical
damage insurance coverages. The coverages are marketed exclusively on
a direct response basis.
