Our claims operation is headquartered in Long Beach, New York, and includes five regional offices. Claims is divided into three divisions covering: the Northeast; the Midwestern and Central states; and the Western states. The home office oversees the regional offices and also has direct responsibility for a number of claims functions.

The Eastern claims division is located in Plainview, New York, and handles all product claims in the Northeast. The Midwest division is located in Cleveland, Ohio and the Western division is headquartered in Vancouver, Washington. Regional specialty offices are located in Cary, North Carolina (Long-Haul Trucking) and Dallas, Texas (Nobel Insurance Services).
